WHAT IS LIFETIME MAINTAIN MODE?

• Our LIFETIME MAINTAIN MODE is our commitment to help customers who have completed 12 sessions of WellaFreeze or WellaSculpt treatments with us.
• While WellaShape (WellaFreeze + WellaSculpt) uses technology to help remove your fat cells and firm your body, we are going the extra mile as part of our Brand Promise to take care of our customers.
• We are offering a LIFETIME MAINTAIN MODE to help you stay in shape. For a lifetime!

WHAT IS THE CRITERIA TO ENJOY LIFETIME MAINTAIN MODE? 

• To qualify for Lifetime Maintain Mode, customers must have either:
  • purchased 12 sessions of WellaFreeze/WellaSculpt and completed 12 treatments on the specific body part (e.g. 12 sessions of tummy)
  • purchase a consolidated 12 months of Unlimited WellaShape/WellaFreeze/WellaSculpt and then completed 12 treatments on the specific body part.
• Example
  • A customer must have purchased and completed 12 WellaFreeze sessions for both left and right arms in order to trigger Lifetime Maintain Mode (WellaFreeze) for both arms.
  • Hence he or she would need to purchase a total of 12+12 or 24 WellaFreeze sessions or 12-Month-Unlimited WellaFreeze.
  • He or she would also need to have completed 12 sessions of treatments on each arm to qualify for the Lifetime Maintain Mode.
  • The customer will have to be a current member.

WHY ARE WELLAHOLIC’S PRICES SO AFFORDABLE? IS THERE A CATCH?

• Wellaholic’s prices are in line with our vision to make aesthetics treatments affordable for our customers, with transparent pricing with no hard-selling.
• This is why we publish our prices online. All prices are actual prices and not trial prices. Prices are also nett and inclusive of GST.
• Instead of locating in shopping malls with expensive rents, we locate ourselves at convenient locations near MRT stations, which are lower in rental.
• We remove all the frills involved in the treatment (e.g. no warm towels, no ginger tea, etc.), but we ensure a high level of consistency and efficacy in our technology treatments to focus on what matters – treatments which work. 
• We then pass our cost-savings back to our customers in the form of more affordable treatments.

ARE THERE ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

• Lifetime Maintain Mode is valid for Wellaholic customers with an existing active Membership.
• Lifetime Maintain Mode does not expire and customers can make as many repeated sessions as long as they are 30 days apart.
• Members cannot pre-purchase any Lifetime sessions in advance.
• Members can use cashback credits to pay for Lifetime treatments based on the usual 1:5 ratio.
• Lifetime treatments attract no cashback credits.
• *The management reserves the right to adjust the pricing based on inflation – the Lifetime Maintain prices will always be around 50% of the ala carte prices.
