Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) Facials & Teeth Whitening Treatments to Cease Till 13 June

COVID-19 Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) from 16 May to 13 Jun 2021

The Ministry of Health Singapore has announced Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) in the fight against COVID-19. This phase will take effect from Sunday 16 May 2021 through to Sunday 13 June 2021. With this in mind, Wellaholic will be pausing our Facial and Teeth Whitening treatments for this duration. Nevertheless, we will continue to offer our Hair Removal, Body Slimming and Hair Regrowth treatments at all of our seven outlets.

Pause of “Mask-Off” Services Such as Facials & Teeth Whitening

The recent clusters have demonstrated higher attack rates and secondary transmission occur in mask-off settings, households, and at eateries. To reduce risks of community transmission, indoor “mask-off” activities such as dine-in F&B establishments will cease during this period. Other activities which will also not be allowed during this period include strenuous indoor exercise classes, as well as strenuous individual and group indoor sports and exercise activities.

In addition, personalised services which require masks to be removed (e.g. facials and saunas), singing, and the playing of instruments that require intentional expulsion of air (e.g. wind or brass instruments) will also not be allowed. These restrictions will not apply to medical and dental consultations that require patients to have their masks off.

Based on this, Wellaholic will be pausing all of the following treatments listed below:

All customers with per-session plans can wait till after 13 June to continue your treatments. As per-session plans have no expiry dates, you will not be impacted. For customers with per-session plans, Wellaholic is pleased to extend your package by 30 days (w.e.f. 16 May 2021).

“Mask-On” Treatments such as Hair Removal, Body Slimming and Hair Regrowth to Continue

Wellaholic will continue to offer our Hair Removal, Body Slimming and Hair Regrowth treatments as there is no need to remove the masks. We hereby seek your cooperation to keep your masks on at all times. All customers are also required to follow strictly to the TraceTogether and SafeEntry protocol to make Wellaholic a safe environment.
