• Nature of Benefit: The Afternoon Advantage (AA) is an ongoing membership benefit applicable to selected long-term Unlimited Plans. It entitles the customer to a 20% discount off the standard plan price.
• Timing Validity: AA rates are strictly valid for appointments on weekdays (Monday to Friday) that start and end between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Note: Appointments ending after 5:00 PM will be charged at the full standard rate.
• Plan Eligibility: AA rates apply ONLY to 6-Month and 12-Month Unlimited Plans.
• Exclusions: AA rates DO NOT apply to:
  • 1-Month or 3-Month Unlimited Plans.
  • Single Session (Per Visit) treatments.
  • SHR Underarms (Lifetime) plan.
• Blackout Dates: AA rates are not valid on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
• Cashback Policy: Member Cashback can be earned and redeemed in conjunction with AA rates.
