At Wellaholic, Our Customers are our Friends
At Wellaholic, we listen to our customers, and many long-time customers have turned into friends that we know by name and person.
Just the week ago, a customer gave feedback about the increasing disparity of treatment procedure and steps. Our customer service took note of this, and within the day, our management reached out personally to her to find out what could be improved.
We shared with her that indeed the treatment procedure could be tightened. In fact, the team is already undergoing re-training to not only to further re-align but better the treatment process. For example, the Brazilian and Boyzilian treatments are further adjusted to improve the customer’s comfort and well-being. The procedure would also be lengthened to improve the effectiveness of SHR hair removal. The customer was happy with our response, and was ready to work with us to improve this together.
We recognise that our customers come to Wellaholic because they expect quality treatments that work, and exceptional customer service. We do our best via the “Kaizen” method to improve and tighten our processes. If there are areas that can be improved, please do not hesitate to reach back to us.
